How to Report Lost or Stolen VACU Account Information
Acting quickly is important if you have lost your account
information or suspect it has been stolen.
For a Virginia Credit Union Visa
debit card:

For a Virginia Credit Union MasterCard or Visa
credit card:
- Call Cardholder Services toll-free 24-hours a day

For a Virginia Credit Union ATM card:
- Contact Member Services during
business hours
- Call Cardholder Services toll-free 24-hours a day at
(800) 449-7728
For a lost or stolen Virginia Credit Union check,
checkbook or account information:
- Contact Member Services during
business hours
- If you have Home Banking service, log
on to Home
Banking to change your logon ID and security code (under
Personal Information).
- If you have QuikLine access,
call QuikLine at (804) 323-2000 or (800) 285-1096, and press "6" to
change your QuikLine PIN
