We want you to get the most out of your online banking experience with Virginia Credit Union. Here are some ideas for making your onlne banking experience more personal and friendly.

Use the Bill Payer Payment Calendar to see your past and future payments in a monthly calendar format. Individual bill payments and daily payment totals can be viewed for each day of the month. Monthly totals for processed and scheduled payments are available at the bottom of the calendar.

In the side menu, under Payment select Payment Calendar.

Keep your e-mail address up to date, to be sure you receive alerts and important security information. Plus, it's a way to verify your identity in the event you ever need to reset your Security Code.

In the side menu under Options and select Personal Information.

Pay bills quickly. The Quick Pay feature saves time by setting up multiple payments from a single page.

First you need to add merchants to your QuickPay list. In the side menu under Payment select Merchant Accounts and a list of merchants appears. Select a merchant you frequently pay and click Details. Just above the OK button, indicate that this is a frequently used merchant and it will appear in your QuickPay list of merchants.

When you're ready to pay your bills, In the side menu under Payment select Quick Pay. The merchants you frequently pay are listed and you can set up payments to them from this one screen.

Account History enhancement. A drop-down box has been added to the top of Account History pages. This box will allow you to more quickly and directly navigate between the Account History pages of your accounts.

Printer friendly pages. On the account summaries pages, there's a "Print this Page" link in the upper left corner. Click on it to have an ad-free, print-friendly list appear in your browser.
