Access Tips
Are you having difficulty accessing our Home Banking service?
Here are some troubleshooting tips for both new and existing
users.

New Home Banking Users
How to log on for the first time
- Enter your Logon ID,
which is your social security number. Please enter this information without dashes.
- Enter your Security Code,
which is the last four digits of your social
security number followed by the letters 'VACU'. For example, 1234VACU.
Accessing Home
Banking for the first time
Taking the following steps will help ensure safe and continued access to your
accounts through Home Banking.
- Change your Security
Code
The first time you access Home Banking you will be
prompted to change your initial Security Code to a new one that
you select. Your new Security Code must be between 8 and 16 characters in length,
and contain at least 2 numbers and 2 letters.
- Change your Logon
ID
The first time you access Home Banking you will also be
prompted to change your your
Logon ID.
Your Logon ID can be 6 to 50 characters
in length and must contain at least one letter. It can also consist of numbers, periods, dashes (-), underscores
(_), or the @ symbol.

Forgotten your Security
Code?
Use the link on the Home Banking logon page
to reset your Security Code yourself.
Forgotten your Logon ID?
Please call Member Services to request a reset of your Logon ID.
Entered your Home Banking
Security Code incorrectly three times in a row?
The
system has automatically locked you out as an "inactive
user." This feature
helps protect your account from unauthorized entry. You will
need to reset your Security Code by calling Home Banking Customer
Service at (800) 337-8727, Monday - Friday, 7 a.m. - 11
p.m. and Saturday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
