Only for a limited time. When you sign up for eStatements, you
will receive both a print and eStatement for the first statement
cycle.
After
that,
you
will receive only eStatements.
How long will it take to begin accessing eStatements?
Once you
receive enrollment confirmation, you can begin using the service
to access archived statements. You will receive an eStatement
with the next statement cycle.
How long will my e-Statements be
available?
We provide an archive of up to 12-months of your eStatements.
Will my eStatements look the same as my printed statements?
Your eStatement looks similar to your printed statements. Along
with your eStatement, you can access the credit union newsletters

You can switch back to the paper version of your statements at
any time. Just use our online eStatement

your next statement cycle.
How do I notify Virginia Credit Union of my new e-mail address?
Notify us of your new address by using our E-mail

Currently our system supports only one e-mail address per account.
However, you can access your eStatement from any computer with
secure Internet

At this time, only the primary owner of an account may
sign up to receive eStatements.

to through Home Banking.

a printed statement if my computer isn’t
working or if I need one for another reason?
Yes, you may contact Member Services to
request a printed statement by mail. There is a charge for each
statement copy requested.
What information security measures are taken?
VACU eStatement uses the latest Internet security technology and
techniques to help ensure that your statement information is
as secure as possible. These techniques include user authentication,
data encryption, and the use of secure servers. Secure Socket
Layer (SSL) protocol is used to encrypt sensitive data prior
to transmission over the Internet, and to protect it from anyone
trying to read it in transit. We also use multiple step applications
to verify supplied data.
Why can’t
I access my Home Banking account after checking my eStatement?
You may have been logged off by the system. For your protection,
Home Banking and eStatement sessions are terminated after 9 minutes
of inactivity. You can get in again simply by re-entering your
Logon ID and Security Code.
