What information security measures are taken?
VACU eStatement uses the latest Internet security technology and techniques to help ensure that your statement information is as secure as possible. These techniques include user authentication, data encryption, and the use of secure servers. Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol is used to encrypt sensitive data prior to transmission over the Internet, and to protect it from anyone trying to read it in transit. We also use multiple step applications to verify supplied data.

Why can’t I access my Home Banking account after checking my eStatement?
You may have been logged off by the system. For your protection, Home Banking and eStatement sessions are terminated after 9 minutes of inactivity. You can get in again simply by re-entering your Logon ID and Security Code.
