What are the Visa Gold Rebate card rebate levels?
You can now receive as much as 1% cash back with your Visa Gold Rebate card at these net purchase levels:

Annual Purchases Rebate
  Up to $4,999.99 0.50%
  $5,000 to $9,999.99 0.75%
  $10,000 or more 1.00%

How much money can I get back by using my Visa Gold Rebate card?
You can receive a rebate of up to $500 annually.

How will I receive my Visa Gold Rebate card rebate?
Your Visa Gold account will be automatically credited with your cash rebate on your credit card opening date anniversary.

How is my credit card payment distributed?
When we receive your payment, the funds are applied to your account in the following order:

  1. late and overlimit fees
  2. finance charges
  3. promotional balances
  4. cash advances
  5. purchases

How do I make my credit card payment?
You can mail a check, call Member Services, pay at a branch, pay with Home Banking, or set up an automatic payment from your checking account.

What is the mailing address for my credit card payment?

Can I request an additional credit card for my account?
Yes, you can request additional cards for the same account. You will be responsible for the charges made with additional cards.

What are my responsibilities as a joint applicant?
You agree to repay balances on the account.

How do I remove a joint applicant from my credit card?
We cannot remove a joint applicant from a credit card account, but you can close the account and apply for a new credit card in just your name. You are still responsible for paying any outstanding balance on the closed card.

I transferred balances to my credit card during a special promotion. How long do I keep the special rate on balance transfers?
That rate is locked in until the transferred balances are paid off.

When is a late fee assessed?
When the minimum payment is not made on or before the due date, a fee may be assessed.
